CDF stands for Constituency Development Fund. It is a government fund allocated to constituencies to support local development projects, improve infrastructure, and enhance service delivery at the community level.
WDCs (Ward Development Committees) are local governance structures in Zambia responsible for coordinating development activities at the ward level. They serve as a link between the community and the local council, ensuring community participation in decision making.
Visit your District Council Office or your Ward Development Committee (WDC) to obtain a CDF Application Form.

✅ Business registration certificate (if applicable)
✅ Recommendation letter from the Ward Development Committee (WDC)
✅ Bank account details of the group or cooperative.
